You can easily look such things up.
From the IARU R1 meeting a couple of months ago:
• CEPT has finalised ECC Decision(25)01 designating the Galileo
frequency bands and addressing the Amateur/Galileo coexistence in 1258 – 1300 MHz. • Enters into Force: TBD • Preferred Implementation Date: TBD
National regulator initiatives will be the next step.
▪ Band usage changes will need to be implemented. ▪ IARU R1 Interim conference agreed to set up a band plan “task force”. ▪ To make a final band plan proposal for the next General Conference. ▪ Views of all users sought. ▪ C5 chair has invited VHF/UHF/Microwave managers to participate. ▪ “Task Force” chair - G4SJH ▪ Narrow band/voice data repeater arrangements could be the most impacted
Even with the current CEPT Decision it is up to national administrations
how they implement the recommendations and when. Possibly with some
never as Galileo protection is somewhat political!
In IARU R1 the matter will be discussed within the 'task force' and then
the recommendations put to member societies.
So in the UK where amateur have secondary status the existing licence
conditions remain in force except for those that have SRP permission to
run higher power.
Also please post will your callsign as signing 'Peter' is close to being
