Yes, you are right in saying that there are not so many new developments. It stabilised with the last contribution that Barry G4SJH made tot he CEPT and this will be taken tot the WRC.

For the high-power segment on 23cm there is some degree of agreement, but it may well bet hat the whole item will be postponed to WRC 2027. But this is just speculation… we will have to wait till the WRC 2023 is over and done 😉

In a nutshell, they can reach no agreement yet, France wants the word "guidance" removed and the measures to be mandatory ... only South America objected it seems.

The IARU only apparently made one contribution to the meeting and that was to suggest that the ATV block should be 1254-1258 MHz ... ..

Maybe good because moving operation closer to the band edge might be something that the would be considers as a move to minimize interference. and thus be acceptable to the those concerned about these things. Bad in that anyone using a 28-30 or 144-146 IF is going to be out of luck with most existing transverters. Most antennas, feeds and PAs would probably have acceptable (or at least useable) performance at 1298-1300MHz

Even if the US does not make any changes to 23cm allocations, changes in EU frequency allocations will still affect US operation because to follow the activity we will need to operate on the same frequencies as the EU stations.

Ano, máte pravdu, když říkáte, že nového vývoje není tolik. Stabilizoval se s posledním příspěvkem, který Barry G4SJH udělal pro CEPT a bude převzat do WRC.

U segmentu s vysokým výkonem na 23 cm panuje určitá shoda, ale lze se vsadit, že celá položka bude odložena na WRC 2027. Ale to jsou jen spekulace... budeme si muset počkat, až WRC 2023 skončí

Stručně řečeno, zatím nemohou dosáhnout dohody, nebo+t Francie chce, aby bylo odstraněno slovo "pokyny" a opatření byla povinná... Zdá se, že pouze Jižní Amerika vznesla námitky.

I když USA neprovedou žádné změny v přidělování kmitočtů 23 cm, změny v přidělování kmitočtů v EU budou mít stále vliv na provoz v USA, protože abychom mohli sledovat tuto činnost, budeme muset pracovat na stejných frekvencích jako stanice v EU.
