Komentar vyhodnocovatele: V nasledujicim textu naleznete podrobnosti z vyhodnoceni I.subregionalniho zavodu 2003. Zavod vyhodnotil radioklub Roztoky OK1KHI. Deniku ze zavodu prislo celkem 296. Dve stanice poslaly denik dvakrat (papirovy i elektronicky). Mala statistika doslych deniku: Pocet doslych deniku celkem: 297 Pocet doslych papirovych deniku – tistenych / psanych rucne: 9/18 Celkem elektronickych deniku: 272 Celkem papirovych deniku: 27 Nezarazenych do hodnoceni: 1 (chybejici data ve spojeni) V papirovych denicich se vyskytovaly nektere opakujici se chyby - napr. spatne uvedene adresy, nestandardni titulni stranky. Cast papirovych deniku bylo vytistenych z pocitace. Myslime si, ze pokud jiz zavodnik prepisuje denik po zavode do pocitace, je vhodne jej psat do nejakeho zavodniho programu. Jednak je to vyhodne z duvodu kontroly a nakonec je pohodlnejsi poslat denik elektronicky nez v papirove forme. Pro vyhodnoceni jsme pouzili software pro elektronicke vyhodnoceni deniku od OK1CDJ, dale program Ediedit OM1CW a program Checkedi OK1IRY. Programy usnadnuji cinnost vyhodnocovateli, zpresnuji jeho praci a predchazeji omylum. Je ale nutne mit vsechny deniky ve formatu EDI. Papirove deniky jsme proto prepsali do formatu EDI. Statistika chyb v denicich EDI: Nejcastejsi chyby: spatne zapsany vykon, chybejici adresa soutezniho QTH nebo adresa pro korespondenci Neuvedeny nebo chybne uvedeny vykon: 49 x Nespravne uvedena kategorie: 5 x Proti lonskemu ruku je zde znat jiste zlepseni. Nektere uvedene chyby se zdaji byt nedulezite, ale program pro vyhodnocovani vytvari konecne vysledky se vsemi udaji uvedenymi v deniku. Pokud tam nektere nejsou nebo jsou uvedeny nepresne, musi vyhodnocovatel vse znovu opravovat. Znovu tedy upozornujeme na nutnost kontroly a editaci deniku ve formatu EDI jeste pred odeslanim vyhodnocovateli. Jedna se hlavne o tyto polozky: PWWLo=pouzity lokator - v cisle pouzivejte cislici nula, ne pismeno O, to plati obecne v celem formatu EDI a nejen tam PAdr1=uvede se adresa soutezniho stanoviste, jmeno kopce a pod. PSect=soutezni kategorie - oznaceni Single nebo Multi RAdr1=uvede se adresa odpovedneho operatora, vyhodnocovatel povazuje tuto adresu za adresu pro korespondenci RPoCo=PSC RCity=mesto RCoun=stat RPhon=telefonni cislo - doporucuji uvadet, vyhodnocovatel ma pak snadnou moznost vas kontaktovat pri pripadnych nejasnostech STXEq=popis zarizeni - zde je vhodne popsat typ TRX, transvertor a pod., velikost pouziteho vykonu patri do dalsiho radku!!!!! Zde bylo nejvice chyb! SPowe=zde zapiste velikost pouziteho vykonu ve wattech SAnte=pouzita antena V techto polozkach bylo nejvice nepresnosti. Snazte se pouzivat posledni verze zavodnich deniku, kde se moznost vytvorit chyby minimalizuje. I tak je nutne soubor EDI jeste pred odeslanim upravit a prekontrolovat. To lze nejsnadneji udelat v nejakem ASCII editoru. Napriklad v M602 nebo Nortonu spustime takovy editor po oznaceni souboru pomoci klavesy F4. Ve Windows lze pouzit Poznamkovy blok. Podrobny popis celeho formatu EDI byl uverejnen v casopisu Radioamater 1/2001. Naleznete jej take na PR nebo na internetu. Pri posilani souboru EDI po siti PR je velice nevhodne, ale hojne pouzivane, posilani deniku jako otevreneho textu. Pri tomto zpusobu posilani hrozi nekontrolovatelna ztrata dat! Pouzivejte prednostne formatu 7plus nebo BIN. Podobna situace nastava pri pouziti e-mailu. Pokud posilate denik e-mailem, pripojte jej jako prilohu (attachment), neposilejte jej jako text mailu. Soubor s denikem pojmenujte takto: YYXXXXXX.EDI - YY soutezni kategorie dle Vseobecnych podminek pro zavody na VKV (arabske cislice) - XXXXXX znacka stanice pouzita v zavode (bez portable) napriklad 02OK1KHI.EDI Pokud pouzijete takove oznaceni souboru, vyrazne tim zrychlite vyhodnoceni zavodu.
