From the French List HYPER today:

 At 1046 UTC today 10 Jul 2010 a QSO on 10 GHz was made in SSB between the  Team D44/HK86NU and the Team CT 7 consisting of Andre F1PYR et F6DPH in IM57OR  at a distance of 2696 km that which seems to be a new world record on his  band.
